I came home yesterday and saw the title of an article at WND about
a baby screaming during a live abortion. It's interesting that while
at work I was thinking about how much the words 'womb' and 'tomb'
sound alike.
Earlier in the day I met a man and was able to ask him a few
questions about the U.S. Marine Corps. He said that morale was
“zero”. The widespread sentiment was serious disapproval of the
President. This man is a strong supporter of the second amendment. I
made the assumption that this branch of the military wouldn't fight
against U.S. Citizens. Maybe that's why other parts of the government
are being armed.
I really like the Home School Legal
Defense Association; but I think they're misguided on a current
issue. They're trying to get people to sign a petition to send to
President Obama to reverse his position on the German Homeschooling
family. They sent out an email questioning if fear was the reason for
a lack of participation in this effort. I would say yes, there's
always an element of fear in this sort of thing; but this time
there's also an element of reasoning. To me, it's self evident that
this whole effort by the executtive branch is based on spite. The
deportation serves no substantial positive outcome, it's obviously
based on the president's disdain for his idealogical opponents.
Sending him a bunch of letters only reinforces the degree of
disapproval by the very people he wants to bother, and gets your name
on a list of those people. Not that my name isn't already on a list,
but once in a while these huge bureaucracies miss each other's info.
